Finding CIS, Engine, and FileWatcher Version

3. If it is not available due to a configuration that it may be hidden:

     a. Go to App server and locate where Tomcat is installed.

     b. To know where the Tomcat is installed, see: https://racami.jitbit.com/helpdesk/KB/View/64019841-how-to-know-where-tomcat- service-is-installed-

     c. Go to Tomcat folder\webapps\CIS\WEB-INF\classes and open build.properties file.

Alchem-e Flow/Engine Version

1. In FLOW/Engine server, locate the directory for AlchemeDigitalService service.

2. Right click AlchemeDigitalService.exe > Properties > Details

Alchem-e FLOW Directory Watcher Version

1.  In FLOW/Engine server, locate the directory for AlchemeDigitalFileWatcher service, see below:
